April 6th 2011 UrbanSurf4kids with volunteer Steve Smith provided a scuba diving class for 12 children @ Purple Palace Orphanage in La PLayas Tijuana. The kids where wide eyed and had the time of their lives! Enjoy the video! We are always looking for volunteers who enjoy water based activities.
